When you digest food after eating your favorite dinner or create muscle movement by running up the stairs, your molecules interact. When molecules interact in your body, they produce heat. In front of the Infra-Red camera, the hottest spots in your body are white. The second hottest spots—where more heat in your body escapes—are yellow.
